Honours of Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Narendraacharyaji

National and International Honors

Year 2000 – Shivtej Award

In recognition of his exceptional contributions to religious preservation and social service, Jagadguru Shri Narendraacharyaji was conferred the Shivtej Award by Shashikant Pawar, President of the All India Maratha Federation.

11 April 2004 – Titles of “Dharmacharya” and “Peethadheeshwar”

Conferred upon Jagadguru Shri Narendraacharyaji during a formal ceremony held in Ujjain, by Shri Mahant Gyan Das Ji Maharaj, National President of the Akhil Bharatiya Shad-Darshan Akhara Parishad and Chairman of the Ram Janmabhoomi Restoration Committee, Hanumangarhi, Ayodhya.

21 October 2005 – Title of “Jagadguru Ramanandacharya”

Conferred in Ayodhya by Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Hariyacharyaji, in the presence of the Akhil Bharatiya Shad-Darshan Akhara Parishad, Vaishnav Akharas, sub-akhadas, representatives of the Chatur Sampradaya, and the Khalsa tradition. This ceremony marked his investiture to the supreme spiritual seat of Jagadguru Ramanandacharya.

26 May 2008 – Samajseva Puraskar (Social Service Award)

Awarded by the Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial, Mumbai, in recognition of his notable service for the welfare of society.

5 December 2008 – Veer Jiva Mahala Puraskar 

Presented in Wai, Satara, by Vijaya Raje Bhosale, President of the Shivpratapgad Utsav Committee, honoring his contributions with the Veer Jiva Mahala Award.

25 May 2009 – Veer Savarkar Award

Conferred in Mumbai by Vikram Savarkar, grandson of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, as a mark of honor and recognition.

20 February 2010 – Title of “Rashtrasant” (National Saint)

Conferred by Bhide Guruji, President of Shiv Pratishthan, Kolhapur, bestowing upon him the revered title of Rashtrasant.

20 August 2010 – “Dharmacharya Brahmachari Vishwanathji Award”

Conferred by Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), in recognition of his religious leadership and social contribution.

14 April 2012 – International Peace Honor

Presented by the J.N.M.G. Foundation Inc., USA, recognizing Jagadguruji’s message of brotherhood, peace, and a stress-free life. The award was conferred by Mr. Edward P. Mangano, Executive of Nassau County, USA. In acknowledgment, the New Jersey Assembly passed a special resolution on 15 April 2012 to welcome and honor him.

23 December 2016 – Dharma-Sanskriti Mahakumbh Award

Presented by Shrimad Jagadguru Shankaracharya Shri Vasudevanand Saraswati (Jyotirmath, Badrinath), in recognition of his service to religious preservation and social welfare.

14 June 2022 – State-Level Blood Donation Honor

Conferred by the Maharashtra State Blood Transfusion Council, presented by the State Health Minister Rajesh Tope, recognizing his lifesaving contributions to voluntary blood donation efforts.

14 February 2025 – “Maratha Samajratna Puraskar”

Presented by the All India Maratha Federation, in recognition of his outstanding service toward the upliftment and welfare of the Maratha community.

20 February 2025 – State-Level Blood Donation Honor  

Once again conferred by the Maharashtra Blood Transfusion Council for his continued commitment to public health and humanitarian service. This award is conferred annually by the Council in appreciation of his ongoing efforts in voluntary blood donation drives.

14 June 2025 – Indian Red Cross Society Honor

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, Jagadguruji was honored with a special award by the Indian Red Cross Society, presented by His Excellency Jishnu Dev Varma, Governor of Telangana.
